Average Delivery Times

Once an order has been placed, NULUN generally requires 1–3 business days to process it. Orders received from Monday to Thursday are usually processed within one business day. Orders received on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Once processed, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 6–11 business days, depending on your location. The total delivery time (processing + shipping) is therefore usually 7–14 business days.

Placing an Order

Go to the product page and click the black “Add to Cart” button. Make sure you have selected the correct variant (size, color, etc.). Then click “Checkout.” Enter your complete and correct address details, as incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays. On the shipping page, please check all details again before proceeding to payment.

Payment Methods

All payment options offered by NULUN are SSL-encrypted to ensure secure transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TWINT. After selecting your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order” and follow the steps shown.

Shipping Costs

NULUN covers the shipping costs to your door. Returns are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in accordance with our return and refund policy.

Shipping Method

We generally ship your order with DPD. Before shipping, your order is carefully processed and prepared at our warehouse before being handed over to the shipping provider.

Return period: 30 days after receipt.
